Glass internal conference rooms can be great because they give an open and airy feeling instead of sitting in a closed room. However, the downside of utilizing a lot of glass can be lack of privacy. Often, all that is needed is a visual break to provide the desired privacy. That was the case with this conference room in Southfield, Michigan that we applied a 3M Decorative Glass Film named Milano to in a custom banded design. Although we used the banded design here, you can choose to cover the complete window, specify another custom design or even integrate the company logo into the frosted area.
Notice with these before and after photos how even though there are still plenty of clear areas to retain the desired airy feel of the room, the frosted bands provide the visual break and privacy that the client wanted for this space.
